At the start of the year I was in India. This time for me was incredible. I learnt so much more about photography I can’t even explain it. It just felt different. I was in some kind of learning zone.
Having my camera with me day in day out during this time I know will have done wonders for my photography. Shooting personal work without a client in mind is so important for my growth and I hope each month I can do something that takes me out of my comfort zone.
I learnt the importance of feeling for the image rather than just shooting and relying on some canned composition to get a good image. I hope I can push myself more and try new things and although it may sound weird, I’m excited by failures in my images. I am learning more and more than I ever thought I would and right now it feels so good to be pushing myself ..
This excites me and I hope that I never lose this feeling for photography. It makes me feel alive.
Below is an image from a shoot I organised in the desert back in Vegas last week. More soon …

Thanks for checking out my images, as always.
